'Good location and nice grounds. Kitchen and washer/dryer were helpful features. The hotel is one of the stops on the Hanalei shuttle route. No elevator to the third floor and no AC. The receptionist had difficulty finding my reservation.'

'We have been lucky enough to stay at this resort before. We were familiar with the area. Love this area. They had done a good job of cleanup after the storms. Some things were still under construction. We had a crane outside of our balcony one day which was loud but we were not at unit much of the time crew was making noise. Kitchen was Bar Bones. Had to call in for a frying pan. But kbm was super responsive. Condition and quality of beach toys were great. Beds were comfy...

'Much smaller than pictures appeared, one room with bathroom. No tv, no ac, parking on street, dog barking. Guess I need to read amenities closer, but no tv, really? Of course I don't know where it could be put in such small unit.'

'We did a Ladies' vacay and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is set up well-very clean and quiet.Karen was very welcoming and answered any questions we had in a timely manner.We enjoyed being so close to the beach as well as shopping and other amenities. I loved sitting on the lanai listening to the birds and other critters chatting.The rooms are nicely set up-comfortable and having all the beach extras sure was a plus! Also-having AC available was a very welcome amenity-we are from AK-so...

'We loved our stay! The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful — we couldn’t have asked for more. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the beach walk. Everything was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We really appreciated the complimentary coffee stand available every morning from 6–11 AM. It was such a thoughtful addition to our stay. We will definitely stay here again!'

'Great property. Awesome place if you are going to HVNP. Only about a 8 minute car ride. Host was very ggod about communicating with us about check in. Cottage had everything you would need. '

'we were so close to everything beaches shops food your right in the center of the island Love the please and before you go food shopping stop in your condo first. We had to return food for people leave what they can't take home with them PAY IT FORWARD that work so great for us we even had a lot that we didn't eat and left for the next people l will be back and for sure stay here you will not be disappointed'

'The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

'Parking was easy and secure location was very central. Everything is within walking distance perfect location for families and couples. Definitely would recommend going there again in the future. Have stayed here multiple times.'

'Nicely appointed with all the items we needed for our stay. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the evening, listening to the various critters in the foliage nearby. The only thing I missed is the same thing I miss at every rental unit I have stayed at - a way to sharpen the cooking knives! '
