'The building was just blocks from the beach, restaurants and food trucks and general stores. It was also, just a 5 minute walk to a Catholic church. Very clean! Comfortable beds! At the end of the hall, so it was quiet with no elevator noise. Beach towels, boogie boards and tube floats provided. Host was very easy to get ahold of when needed with quick response times. Also was willing to go above and beyond when we had our car broken into at the China Walls.'

'Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was perfect for our needs. The only real issue was we had a couple of hot days where the air conditioner in the living room was unable to keep up so it was quite warm in that area of the house. Bedrooms had thier own so you can sleep in a cooler environment. All amenities are on site and we added a kife sharpener for the future. 'The kitchen was well stocked with basic spices, dishes and cooking needs. We were greeted with a beautiful basket of goodies. The garage was filled with an amazing amount of items for the beach. Maybe the only downside was the public access to the beach, next to the property would get a little noisy, and not enough hot water for 11 people to shower, even if we tried to spread out the showers. Overall, we loved the place and I highly recommend this beautiful home for a large group.'
