'Excellent property and host!'

'Very comfortable house and furnishings with a huge pool! Finally a house that delivered all we were looking for. Comfy beds and furniture. The house is super close to stores, shopping and restaurants. A visit to the S.B. farmers market is a must. The pool is not heated but we hit on very hot days and the water was perfect. The pool was crystal clear and clean. All bedrooms nicely appointed, but all upstairs so if you are unstable on your feet as I am, go slow on the stairs. A bit slick but there...

'We loved our stay at this property! It was the perfect size for our family of 4. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils to make meals there. Our kids are 5 & 8 and they were both too big for the playground area in the basement but there were plenty of attractions close by to keep us busy even when the weather wasn’t great. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the South Bend area. '

'Because of holiday family plans, arrival at the property was much later than anticipated. Despite that, the property manager kindly met family members as they arrived late in the evening to welcome them and assist. We certainly felt that was going above and beyond the norm. The historic home is lovely.'

'We came here with 8 people, four young kids, we had fun in the hot tub and the sleeping arraignments were great, beds were comfortable enough and the kids loved the swim spa, and the view is super cool, watching birds and wild life in the river. We would recommend this place even in the winter. '

Lots of entertainment on site with numerous games available for all ages. A very relaxing place to spend time taking advantage of outdoor living areas and river views. Also centrally located to Amish county and to South Bend. The host was easy to communicate with and check in went smoothly. Would highly recommend this property.'
