'You know i can tell you about the stay but in fact THERE WAS NO STAY. the property is a SCAM. I knocked at the door multiple times and nobody answered, i was left no instructions to even access the property either. So when i applied for a refund i was refused and left no answer. The owner wouldn’t even pick up the phone. It’s an absolute disgrace that i’ve lost the money aswell as a university student it’s just sad. Never ever visit this place as it’s actually shocking '

'Stayed here with a group of 8 lads and it was exactly what we needed - Cheap, comfy and close to Leeds city centre (in a taxi). Beds were comfy and clean, we were provided towels which was a nice touch. Lounge had comfy sofa's as well as a nice size TV. Kitchen was fully kitted out with everything you need to cook and drink with. Bathroom was clean and also had shower gel to use. Overall, I'd say the house itself isn't in the nicest area of Leeds, however, we had no issues while we stayed...
