'The property was as the listing stated. Very clean and recently updated throughout the home. Easy walk to the stadium. Nice, large backyard. Plenty of parking. Quiet neighborhood. The host was always quick to reply to the few questions I asked. I would definitely stay here again.'

'In Gainesville, it’s easy to find yourself trying to sleep in a loud neighborhood. A safe, quiet neighborhood is essential for a family or anyone with children. I had a very minor maintenance issue that wasn’t something the host could have anticipated. I sent a message before leaving for work and it was resolved before I reached from work. The game room is great. There is nothing to complain about and everything to rave about! A true pleasure to stay here. '
