However there are no amenities no pool no hot tub I could have stayed elsewhere for same price with amenities pool would have been great with this hot summer. Or at least not charge same fee as having amenities. I was very disappointed'

She literally watched me carrying stuff in and trying to figure out how to use the key (which in on the wall not on the door) and dropping things and offered no assistance. She then charged us $150 when we asked for towels. That $150 took talking to the manager and 6 days to get back. We were also charged the incidentals fee of $150. 'Front desk guy was teally nice and deserves a good review. Buy that is the only thing good about the hotel. Room is dirty, full of dead insects. Bedsheets look 50 years old. Stinks indian food to the point that the odor will stick to your clothes. Never going back. Unfortunately indian businesses are always discussing.'
