'The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. 'We loved our stay at Sunnyvale. It was like a home away from home. It was so close to Dollywood and just a short drive into Gatlinburg where we love to visit. Our host gave us perfect instructions and I know they would have been there had we needed. Overall wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend. '

'Host was very polite and quick responses to text. Loved this house. It's lovated at the top of the mountain with a beautiful drive past Ober ski mountain. The hot tub was great and sauna worked well. I do wish there were instructions and a small bucket to fill water for the sauana. The gaming table did not work, which was a disappointment.
