'Had the worst experience I've had in a hotel. They claim to be family and pet friendly. Pets are only allowed on the second floor, which is under renovation. Noise levels and chemical fumes are intolerable. We were traveling with a child with disabilities, who cannot be exposed to chemical fumes. When asked to be moved to a different floor we were told they couldn't accommodate us because we had a pet. We were given the option to "check out." We checked out around 6pm. Het Hot breakfast stelt als in vele ketenhotels in de USA niet veel voor. De omgeving is niet echt bijzonder, het hotel is ideaal als tussenstop op een lange reis door de USA.'
