The one issue is that the host did not give me the access code to enter the home in a timely manner. I had to message her and she would not respond. I had to get Vrbo involve to get access. The during the stay I message her with a question and it took her a day to respond. But she was quick on sending me the check out instruction 24 hrs in advance. '
