'Building in good condition. Room was clean. I didn’t have breakfast but my husband did and enjoyed it. Extra sheets, pillow, and blanket were already in the room as we needed to use the pullout in the couch. '

'The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I...
