'Staff was super nice and told us about free ubers to the hospital, gave us free water because we had been walking back and forth to the hospital. The only issue I had is when I extended my stay I was told to come down in the morning checkout and check back into my same room. Ended up having to call my wife back from the hospital so we can move all our stuff into a different room with smaller beds. There was nothing they could do. Besides that hiccup, it was great and would stay again.'

'The room seem to be hurriedly cleaned if you can call it cleaned. The coffee maker still had the coffee filter from the last guest in the coffee maker. There was only one paper cup in the room for 2 guests. The bathtub was so stained it looked like it had not been cleaned. The toilet needed to be worked on as you had to flush twice to get it to flush. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted as the freezer part was almost full of ice and looked as it had not been wiped out in sometime. The...

'Nice well maintain place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't use the pool or exercise room but it looked okay. What I didn't like was using the same towels and wash cloths for 2 days. I don't do that at home. The body soap in the shower was not good(didn't suds up) and would have liked liquid hand soap at sink. Overall a good stay and would stay again.'

'We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived! We were provided bottled water and cookies. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. The continental breakfast was good and the staff kept all the different food items stocked. The staff was always polite and eager to assist if needed.'

'Wi-Fi worked -that is the best I can give. selected this hotel due to location to the medical center but rude staff and the room had a terrible odor. and the faucet from the bathroom almost came off. But very rude front desk with a sassy attitude and not helpful at all so felt it was a dead end to share anything.'

'We stayed here for 2 nights in a comfortable suite. The property was very pleasant, as were the staff. Parking was easy and safe. Strange that a hotel of this class doesn't have a bar or restaurant though. I know they offer a glass of wine in the evening, but having to walk 10 minutes to find somewhere to go for a nightcap we found unusual. Feels more like a wedding venue than a full-service hotel. Breakfast was very good.'

'The staff here was fantastic, the location was excellent to shopping and restaurants and very easy to get to, but the hotel is just in need of refresh, smelly dirty carpet in room, paint and furniture showed extreme wear and tear. The morning breakfast was good, if you do not go early though, the seating is limited but nice and comfortable.
