'The location is not great. The hotel next door is run down. We were traveling for business and needed a clean room and bathroom, and this hotel delivered. The staff was incredible and there was easy grab and go breakfast options with some decent options for dining in. We will stay there again for future business trips.'

'The owners are very nice. But they want you to pay for ice. No pool, no hot tub and pay for ice!'

'Cheap but exactly what cheap expectation was. Bug in shower. Not very good quality of anything'

'Everything was nice! Luxurious The Staff from front desk to cleaning were knowledgeable & helpful....the property is very nice..highly recommend'

'Had an overnight trip to Bentonville, enjoyed the later check in, and nice breakfast. Beds were comfortable enough, bathroom clean. Missed the indoor pool, but if traveling with kids, I’m sure they would enjoy it.'

'We had a great stay. Room was clean and just as advertised. Easy check in/out.'

'This was our first time to stay at the Avail and it definitely won’t be the last. Everything about this hotel is so upscale and sophisticated! We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the Amp for a concert we were attending, plus there were so many great shops and restaurants right there near the property. Everyone was so friendly, and the rooms were very well cared for. I highly recommend!'

'Close to everything we wanted'

'We’ve been fortunate to travel the world and this hotel was terrific. In the heart of Bentonville. A world-class museum within walking distance. Phenomenal restaurants. We will definitely be back to this curated hotel and city.'

'Great location'

'Clean room'

'Reception person had surly attitude but kitchen staff were friendly. Coffee and juices at breakfast were average, and no coffeemaker in room. No espresso machine. Beds were comfortable but toilet paper was thin/cheap.'

'Room was clean and comfortable. Walls are rather thin - we could easily hear people in adjacent room. Bathroom was small. But still a good, comfortable, convenient place to stay for a very reasonable rate.'

'Room was clean and well maintained during my stay. Liked being able to have breakfast downstairs.'

'This property is what you expect from an IHG Holiday Inn Express. The amenity of laundry services and outdoor seating areas help it feel like a community. Breakfast was great. Our bathroom, specifically the shower, could have been more clean (mold, etc.). The front desk staff, while friendly when spoken to, never initiated greetings or salutations as we entered or exited the property multiple times a day. Overall it was a good property for the rate and surrounding area amenities.'
