'1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe. 3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....

'We couldn’t get into the room as the key was not where we been told. Communication was poor and with delays. From door code didn’t work (we went out and come back around 3am and the door lock was not working!) there was another people coming after us and they was loud shouting and playing music! Couldn’t sleep! Apartment itself was smaller than we imagined. '

'Check in was very easy.. The house was amazing, plenty of space and the pool was so nice. Our grandchildren had so much fun in there. The games room was excellent and kept us entertained most of Sunday afternoon. The beds were very comfy, with beautiful bathrooms. The view from the top of the Windmill was breathtaking, especially watching the sunset. The local pub was really nice and the food was sooooo good Thank you to the hosts for letting us share your home. '

'Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time. Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was. 'A delightful homely cottage. The host is always accommodating and responds to messages. I love this cottage but maybe just check the crockery etc to ensure that there are good quality, matching glasses etc (a very pedantic point but it does make a difference.). '

'Just the three of us came in from America for a wedding in Ely. The home is just gorgeous inside with beautiful, rich and cozy palette. The art is intriguing. It is just so tastfully done. We wish we would have had more time to just chill out in all the comfortable spots in the home. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were upgraded and large. 'This property is exactly true to the photos, everything was spotless and even a little welcome pack of essentials so you dont have to worry about a shop on the first night. Communication with the owner was excellent and we could not fault our stay here. We will definitely book this propery again when visiting family in the area.'

'The home was perfect. Clean and fully equipped for everything needed for a great holiday. The garden was huge and fully enclosed, perfect for the dogs. The location couldn’t be better with easy access to the beach and coastal walks. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Thanks Rosemary'
