'There is nothing to fault at this property. Everything you need for your stay has been thought of. The studio is spotless with good quality furniture and bed linen. Great communication with the host Roz who was very accommodating and friendly. We had a relaxing and happy stay and would not hesitate to highly recommend this property to anyone. We hours to revisit soon. '

'Spectacular apartment in a superb location. On the coastal road, cliff top. Beach below just across the road. 2 minute walk to a super pub/restaurant - The Spyglass & Kettle. Apartment was clean. There are a couple of things that need attention, water pressure is quite bad and although the bathroom is spectacular, it would take hours to fill the bath and the shower heads need replacing. I did bring this up with the provider so we shall see if they follow my advice! Communication could be better...

'Really lovely property. Everything you need for a great holiday is available within the property. Also being able to park your car on the drive was great as parking in Swanage can be very difficult especially at school holiday times. Thank you.'

'Stayed with family & friends 4 nights and can’t fault the apartment, part of a purposefully refurbished block for short stays. About 25 mins walk to the pier, cheap overnight parking round the corner and local shops combined with a fair price made an excellent base for our stay.'

'The communication with the owner was excellent. Any questions we had were answered quickly. There was easy access to the beach and we took advantage of this for several beach walks. As we stayed during a rainy patch we took journeys outside of the city where we went to Old Sarum and Salisbury Cathedral on day trips. The only negative would be the hot water for showering. It took a bit getting used to. On the other hand, having a lift to get to the first floor was a bonus with several suitcases...

"The accomodation is very old. There was not a penny spent on maintenance / cleaning or renewal. The shower was a bit filthy. The room smelled of dust, old carpet. Very noisy. You can hear everything from the room next to you. All in all not worth the money Staff was friendly though. "
