'No Wifi access on the first day and only at the lobby. Only few staffmembers could speak some English. Unfriendly staff. Anouncments Etc almost only in Japanese. Swimmingpool closes at 4 pm. A part of our room's sealing was only 185cm high!!!This hotel is clearly aiming at Japanese guests only. Location is convenient.'

'We stayed for one night at Aura Tachibana, and our arrival from Osaka was unfortunately delayed by 3 hours due to a tsunami but we informed the hotel ahead of time and they were very accommodating. The kaiseki dinner was amazing, so much food and beautifully presented. It was served in the restaurant (not in the rooms) with a lovely view of the mountains. 'Nous avions réservé une chambre traditionnelle et nous n’avons pas été déçu ! C’était magnifique et conforme aux photos ! Le futon, préparé en notre absence lors du dîner, était très confortable pour dormir à la japonaise ! Les bains traditionnels situés à l’extérieur de l’hôtel (compris dans le séjour et accessible en 2 min à pieds) étaient magnifiques.
