'Fantastic views, staff were always very friendly. The hot tub was quite nice to enjoy the scenery, but the room overhead fan did not work and with panoramic windows the room got very hot during the day. A small floor fan provided a bit of comfort but not much else. Not much path lighting walking to your room at night.'

'La Herradura , un lugar perfecto para descansar , integrarse con la naturaleza, su staff es muy amable , servicial , siempre atentos a lo que necesitas , Don Edwin un senor con una simpatia , sentido de servicio , amabilidad y carisma inigualables , lo mismo su esposa que se preocupa por los alimentos que no solo son deliciosos, pero tambien presentados, con muy buen gusto en su decoracion, cuidando cada detalle. Gracias a todo.'

'El personal Muy amables y muy cómoda las habitaciones.'

'Nice quiet property, lots of flowers and birds, walking distance to town'

'La chambre est corecte mais assez petite. Elle est egalement assez cher pour la prestation. Par contre nous avons beaucoup apprécié la prestation de Lucas lors de la visite de l'haciada Cofé. C'était super!'

'Was beautiful experience '

'Good business-type of hotel in the centre of Pereira. Room and bed were comfortable and clean, although decoration could be more inspiring. Bathroom was good too. Service was professional and friendly. Breakfast was simple but good.'

'Amazing place, staff , food. Definitely 10 out a 10'

'I reserved the basic cabin. On Exepdia there are no pictures that show that the basic cabin is about 10 x 10 feet and that the only article in the room is a matrass on the floor. It also does not state that the toilet and shower are about 100 feet away from the cabin and that there is not even a path to get to them. You have to walk over grass that becomes extremely soggy when wet. There is only wifi in the restaurant and no electrical outlets in the cabin. I just want to state that the info...

'Schönes, neues hotel mitten in der Natur. Traumhafte Aussicht vom pool und vom Restaurant. Das Essen war gut, aber teuer. Frühstück war sehr gut. Schöner Aufenthalt.'

'Cleaning staff was great, view was really nice. Property was nice. But the not so nice, seen a scorpion that was kinda scary. Seen 3 cockroaches, 2 pretty big spiders. Kinda sucks you have to ask the staff to turn on the hot tub. Min fridge/bar treats pretty expensive. Getting to and from the place was a bit of a mission. But over all would stay there again.'

'Very clean room, very hot water (if you're like me a good hot shower in the morning is key), friendly and very helpful staff. economical option for those considering it. the surrounding area is within a few minutes of walking to Arboleda Shopping Mall which is very convenient.'
