'We have rented this house the past 3 years over the July 4th weekend. The owner is friendly and the space is very comfortable. The A/C struggles to cool the upstairs but the rest of the comfort and amenities more than make up for that (and they provide fans to help mitigate the heat).'

'The Tiny Haven was exactly what it claimed to be; a haven. We stayed for the weekend as a yearly getaway with my wife. Our host, Kathleen was welcoming and gave us a full tour when we arrived. It was fully stocked of ammenities and there was nothing extra we needed. We chose to stay in all weekend, but took advantage of the trails on the property, grilled steaks, fished, and relaxed on the lounge chairs. It was a much needed break from our crazy lives. Only recommendation is: If your not used to...

'Our family of 5 had a lovely time staying here for one night. We have 3 boys (16, and twins 12). Our oldest slept on the twin bunk at the top and the twins shared the double on the bottom. We all had plenty of room. The home was located in a very quiet neighborhood, not far from the highway. The house was stocked with every need. The back yard is beautiful fenced. I would stay here again anytime possible. Lincoln was very easy to work with and had great communication. '

'Just as described. Clean well maintained property. Perfect for a family vacation there is very little to do.in the area. Shops-gas-groceries about 15 minutes away..but there is alot to do the property. Pool. Hot tub. Lake w. Kayaks-paddleboard. Amenities on site. Board Games and arcade games'
