'Booking was effortless through Expedia. We were greeted at the door by Pat, the owner. He gave us a quick tour and set a combo code to the front door of the house of our choosing. There is an open snack and coffee area, and "trail magic" shelf full of items that a hiker might need without a store nearby. The shared bathroom was WELL stocked. 'This is a very cozy and private place to stay. The amenities, the appliances, the furniture, the wood stove, the fire pit, and the wi-fi was all great and easily accessed and usable. It was nice, clean, and modern. The fold out sofa bed sleeps good. I got to watch deer grazing in the tree farm on the hill. The road in was doable with my extended cab, long bed, dually 2 wheel drive, even after the 10 hours of rain.'
