Spectaculair Innsbrook House op Alpine Lake

Onze ruime, 3500 vierkante voet huis is gelegen aan het grootste en meest schilderachtige meer in het hart van Innsbrook. Lake Alpine is een 240-acre meer en Innsbrook is een serene merengemeenschap op 7.500 beboste acres dat een korte 50-mijl rijden van St. Louis.

Onze woning is volledig omringd door de rustige bossen van Innsbrook, met nauwelijks zicht op eventuele buren. Het huis is op twee niveaus. Na parkeren in de ruime garage voor drie auto's komt u via het bovenste niveau binnen. U bevindt zich in de grote open Great Room met een prachtig uitzicht op het meer, een open keuken met een kookeiland en een open haard op gas. Een uitgang naar links brengt u op een enorm houten terras met BBQ-pit, tuinmeubilair en mooi uitzicht op de zonsondergang.

Aan de andere kant van de Great Room zijn de twee slaapkamers boven. De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een open uitzicht op het meer, terwijl de tweede slaapkamer uitkijkt op het voorpad, houten brug, beek en bossen. Voorbij de twee slaapkamers is de master badkamer met uitzicht op het meer. Naast een grote inloopdouche is er een extra groot bad, ideaal om te ontspannen. De inloopkast heeft de grootte van een kleine slaapkamer.

Als je naar beneden gaat, loop je zo de grote open ruimte in met een tv met groot scherm, verschillende dvd's en een biljart op ware grootte. Beide slaapkamers beneden hebben direct uitzicht op het meer. Het tweede ligbad bevindt zich daartussenin en bevat een extra grote douche. Buiten de ingang beneden is een kleine patio die ook een geweldig uitzicht op het meer biedt. Dit dek neemt je mee naar een rotspad dat naar het houtdok leidt. Dit gebied is ook fantastisch voor zonsondergangen met de roze tint die direct vanaf het meer weerkaatst. U kunt vissen vanaf de kade of onze full-sized kano op het meer nemen om op jacht te gaan naar extra visstekken. Als je meer snelheid nodig hebt, neem dan onze kajak met twee zitplaatsen voor een rondje rond het meer.

Innsbrook biedt een kampioenschap, 18-holes golfbaan, groot zwembad met uitzicht op Lake Aspen, tennisbanen, paardenstallen, verschillende wandelpaden, meer dan 100 meren (sommige met stranden), conferentiecentrum en verschillende evenementen gedurende het hele jaar.

Family Weekend

We had a wonderful time at this property! My husband and I wanted a place for our three children and their families to gather. The lake and dock were a huge hit and the many rafts, paddle board, canoe and kayaks kept them all entertained for three days. We had plenty of space to cook, spread out and play games until late into the evening. Andy was so helpful in getting us set up. The photos are accurate in what the home looks like and the kitchen was well stocked. Great place to stay for family groups!

Exceeded expectations

Fantastic home! On the water, plenty of space, comfortable beds, use of the 3 car garage, basement is a perfect spot for the kids to hangout are a few reasons we will be staying here again.The outdoor amenities were an added bonus! Paddle boards, kayak, fishing poles etc. We have stayed at Innsbrook a few times and this property had way more to offer then the others.Communications were great! Very responsive to any questions we had.

If you think the online pictures of the property are beautiful, which you get actually what you see, just wait until you drive through the beautiful tree lined roads in this gated community. So beautiful, but drive careful as you are sure to see many deer. Mama’s with their babies. So cute. Alpine lake is Beautiful too. This is a wonderful quiet getaway in to nature. Many walks were takin by our group. We never needed to leave the area as it had all the necessities we needed near by. We only left to go to our Catholic Mass and it was only a 15 minute drive away. Andy’s home is stocked so plentiful, more than any home we have ever stayed in before.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The owner was helpful and responsive! We had 5 kids under 5 but if you had kids a bit older they have ALL the fun lake toys! A very short drive to the pool and restaurant/golf course! Would def stay here again!

Great lakeside retreat

Had a great time here with family. Great views of the lake with direct water access, and super well stocked for water activities - kids loved paddle boarding, canoeing and kayaking in addition to swimming. Had a few rainy mornings and there are a ton of fun board games too. Kitchen well stocked and the layout is great for larger groups. Our favorite house in Innsbrook by far and we will be back!!!

Magnificent hideaway for family

What a wonderful way to bring family together in a remote setting! The amenities in the house are second to none. Plenty of things for the lake to play with, canoe, SUP, or floats. Conveniently located close to pool and the creamery for ice cream and a coffee. The host was in constant contact checking in. Will be back next year!

Our entire family was grateful to have found such a wonderful home to spend time together in. The home was beautiful and spacious. Fantastic Family reunion

Amazing home on Innsbrook’s most beautiful lake! It was the perfect venue to host our family of ten for a week! This spacious home literally comes with everything you need to keep everyone entertained. From the lake toys to the kitchen tools/service for 12 and the 3 car garage to protect your cars from storms they have carefully included every amenity you could think of. The sunsets are spectacular and the lake is clean and clear! Another factor you may not know about is the road is paved all the way to this house allowing you to forgo a rocky/dusty experience. Communication was quick and easy and Andy was super accommodating! We look forward to staying here again for our annual family vacation!

We had everything we needed for our family vacation. We needed privacy for our family and most listings have bunk rooms. Here you will have 4 Queens, 1 King and a Futon. There were plenty of water toys and I highly recommend a sunset kayak. We had Gateway Golf Cars LTD deliver a 6 seater golf cart and also rented a pontoon boat. I would like to stay here every summer, it was that great!
