The property has been totally renovated with the interiors curated to pay homage to this past whilst offering many extra comforts for an idyllic stay. 

LOCATION - Set only 200 meter stroll to the Merri River and within the township of Warrnambool, the property is close to all this wonderful area has to offer, a short drive to the beach and a shorter one or a good walk to the town centre. 

LIVING - The main living room has a seriously comfortable couch for watching a soppy romcom or the sport of your choice. If you would prefer, cosy up with a blanket with some of The Landing's coffee table books. 

KITCHEN - A beautiful appointed kitchenette with two hotplates, dishwasher drawer, small fridge and curated accessories. If coffee is your thing, Nescafe pod machine or sachet coffee are supplied with fresh milk. Help yourself to a biscuit if you wish. Basics included are a range of Teas, Coffee pods and sachets, fresh milk, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil. 

DINING AREA - Set under a stunning light fitting the rustic timber table for two can be set for a simple meal or charcuterie board. 

BEDROOM - Arrive in your bedroom and be greeted by a dreamy king size beds with beautiful linen sheets and relaxing views and stunning sunrises to wake up to. If you don't like sunrises, don't worry the curtains will let you keep on sleeping. 

ENSUITE - The centre piece is the large stone bath, soak to hearts content in this moody bathroom that is included in the master bedroom. Step out of the double shower onto tiles with underfloor heating and close the door to the toilet that is in its own room. YARD - Head outdoors to bathe in the two old world cast iron claw foot baths at sunset and watch the sun hitting the gum trees or the flames dancing in the fire pit (when restrictions not in place). Take in the views of the river plains from the several outdoor seating areas with in the thoughtfully created garden. 

PROPERTY - The Landing has direct access the the Merri River via the stairs leading to the river flats. Meander down to sit and watch the local bird life with a glass of wine or cold beer. The Landing is an intimate space that is connected to a larger private shed. Included is a garden designed for your enjoyment and a set of stairs that lead to the hosts river front property. Feel free to wander down and enjoy the river frontage. The Arriving at the property you will enter through the front gate where you will see the entrance door. Warrnambool is a beautiful seaside city blessed with beautiful vistas and some exellent restaurants, bars and boutique shopping. The Landing is located on a quite court a short 200 meter walk to the Merri River. The Landing has direct access and views to the river flats by the Merri River and to ensure these vistas are uninterrupted your stay has a partially unfenced yard. 

PETS - Please kindly note that due to the lack of fencing and delicate furnishings we are not suitable for pets. 

CHILDREN - The lack of fencing, retaining wall and the proximity to the river makes the property not suitable for children.
