Dear Jue, thank you for your review and comment. We are sad to hear that the photos of our dorms didn't provide enough context about the bed sizes, but we are glad that besides this you found everyhting else to be good.

Dear Ivan, due to pandemic reasons all private rooms are cleaned less often then we would like, however if mentioned to the reception, we would have passed on to our celanign staff. Regarding the window problem, this could have been also resolved quickly as it just takes an unlocking of the window for it to be possible to open and close it without an issue. We are sad to hear that your expierience wasn't as good as you would have like and that none of these problems were mentioned to our staff at any point during your stay with us. We do mention our 24/7 reception and to come by with any concerns. We hope that in case you decide to stay with us in the future, you feel more free to let us know when something is not to your liking. We are glad however that you liked the breakfast served at the bar and you enjoyed our location.

Dziękujemy za wystawienie tak pozytywnego komentarza. Cieszymy się, że nie tylko lokalizacja wyszła na plus, ale że także recepcja Pańśkim okiem sprawdziła się fenomenalnie. Bardzo dziękujemy za przychylną recenzję,podoba nam się kiedy nasi goście wyjeżdżają z naszego hostelu zadowoleni. Niestety ograniczona ilość śniadań jest spowodowana brakiem możliwości oferowania szwedzkiego stołu ze względu na pandemię ale z niecierpliwością czekamy na chwilę,w której śniadania te będą mogły powrócić.
