'The rooms are improperly labeled. I had reserved a queen room and it had a double bed in it. After going to the front desk about it, I was informed that there are no queen beds and we would have to pay more to upgrade into a king. They weren’t very nice about it, and I had to pay more money for it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.'

'Good location, helpful staff. The breakfast was good too. The air in the room seemed a little damp, but they had boxes of dehumidifiers and new A/C units in one of the halls, so I think they were in the process of replacing them.'

Coffee in the lobby was never put out before 7am, when they cleaned the room on day 3 they didn’t fill the shampoo/conditioner or make the beds, towels were regularly unavailable at the pool, tv remote in one room didn’t work, too the employee over an hour to find a working remote, there was no blow dryer and employee had to take from another room. As well, the employee charged the card I had put...
