'The house was very clean! The view was beautiful! The front deck needs a little love as well as the tennis court but those issues did not distract from our stay at all. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of things for the kids to do, and the peace and quiet were perfect for a nice get-a-way! '

'At Vivian's guest house you have everything you need provided for you. The house is warm and cozy. They have a little kids nook under the stairs with toys and books.Love the farmhouse decor and Katie the host was fabulous. I would highly recommend Vivian's. 'Quaint little house. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Had a little musty smell. We opened the windows to let it air out but a small dehumidifier would help eliminate this issue. Just a few minutes from River Greens Golf Course. Walking distance to Rainbow Hills which is a nice little restaurant and brewery/winery. Short drive to Historic Roscoe Village which has lots of little shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Would stay here again. '
