'I traveled to Vernon for a wedding and opted to pay a little extra money for Mountain Creek rather than staying at the cheaper option that was given through the wedding accommodations. I was really looking forward to a nice sleep, sipping coffee and relaxing the morning after the day. Upon getting to Mountain Creek, the code that was texted to me for entrance to my room was wrong. When I went to the shop (there is no check in desk), I was rudely told that I could have just texted the number...

The linens did not seem properly maintained, the sofa bed sheets had hair on them, and the main bed sheets had visible stains. The room felt unclean overall, which made the stay uncomfortable. 'I came to Central Valley for a wedding and arrived after midnight to check-in. There is no one at the service desk to help to check in, instead there is a phone number on the door to call. I redialed the number for half an hour in a row before someone finally picked up. They send somebody in pajamas to the front desk to check me in. I went to the room which was just filthy and dusty. I wanted to complain to change the rooms but could not get a hold of anyone. The towels where damp, old, flinsy...
