'Was a very nice stay'

'Communication with Mila was quick and responsive. She addressed all of our concerns. The house was very clean and in very good condition as shown in the photos. It is in a quiet location a few kilometers outside the main street of Barrie. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms were essential for our group attending a wedding in Barrie. We would definitely rent this house again if we need to attend a function in the Barrie area.'

'It’s a nice property and has plenty of room for everyone however for what they charged, I would book somewhere else. This place was renovated by someone who has no clue what they are doing, as you can see in the pictures (and it’s everywhere in the house) I also didn’t like how it says it sleeps 30 but they charge you extra after 10 or so people. This should be clear in big writing. Almost 900 in extra charges for the 21 guests we had. '

'We were not allowed in to the apartment due to a plumbing issue. A plumber was coming but we were not contacted when the problem was fixed. We found other accommodation so we could get to the show we were in town for. All attempts to reach the host were ignored. It has taken 10 days and 5 Vrbo agents to hopefully get a refund.This has left a very negative experience for using vrbo. 'The property was reasonably priced and in a great location right next to Horseshoe and close-ish (about 45 minutes) to Collingwood. The house is spacious and easily fit 7 people.
