'This hotel has been there forever! I remember staying there as a kid over 25 years ago. I enjoyed it then and I enjoyed it now. I have to admit I was very disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working and did not know that until the day we arrived however the manager offered a couple of options to make up for it. The tub did start working on our last night but the water wasn’t warmed up enough to enjoy it. The pool is not heated so be warned it’s cold. It did not stop my kids from enjoying it...

'The hotel has been renovated and restyled in a quirky, eclectic style in the best way. The rooms are set up spaciously, saunas and pool are clean and beautiful, board games and books are on each floor to borrow at your leisure, and the lobby has great snack and necessities available for purchase. The coffee bar is also fantastic. The bikes were very well loved and a bit rusty, but worked fine. The only downside was the distillery next door was terrible, everything else was stellar. '

'Such a cozy lovely place. Appreciate the adult only time in pool area and accommodation for our dog. Rooms were very well equipped with cozy bath robes and throw, pillows. '
