'This home is such a gem! A historic home that is updated with many modern conveniences. We’ve been to MANY AirB&B’s and this home was probably the best equipped we’ve been in! Convenient to Boothbay and lots of downeast inlets and harbors. Very quiet, but close to groceries, food and farm stands. Our only regret was not staying longer- we would have loved to grill and use the fire pit!'

'Nice and cozy but need a place to unpack clothing. We stayed a week and had to live out of the suitcases… We did have a few bug issues but being n the woods some are to be expected. Outside the cottage needed to be hosed down from cobwebs, tree dropping, etc. but again being in the woods some is to be expected. Maybe put chair cushions on two bar chairs for comfort? Needed wash cloths for a week long stay. Overall we would stay again but plan better?'

'I am a dad that was doing a solo-trip up to see the area I grew up in. I just picked something cheap and easy.This property is great. The sound system, is amazing stayed up too late watching movies! Hahaha. I would be shocked if someone couldn't find a movie that they really enjoy in the available collection. Documentaries to action to romance to kids to horror, they had something for every taste.I personally like having the rooms on either end. The end with the "master" bedroom is right next to...
