The apartment accommodates up to six guests, with a private queen bedroom, a sofa bed, and a queen-size air mattress for additional sleeping space. It’s a flexible setup for couples, families, or friends traveling together.

The bedroom has generous closet space and an en-suite bathroom. In the living room, stretch out after a day of sightseeing, put on a movie, or plan tomorrow’s adventures. Union Station is within walking distance, giving you access to Metro and rail connections. A Capital Bikeshare station across the street offers another way to explore. Head out for the Capitol, museums, and monuments, or spend an afternoon discovering the neighborhood’s smaller pleasures.

• The owners live upstairs, and some household sounds may carry between floors. They respect the posted quiet hours, but the apartment may not suit guests who require complete silence.
• Check-in is at 4 PM; checkout is at 10 AM.
• Early check-in or late checkout may be available by advance request, depending on the reservation schedule.
• Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited throughout the property.
