The property was very modern, could tell renovations had been done to improve its look. Staff at food court were wonderful, as well as check-in staff. Really enjoyed our stay, close to metro was also a great benefit!

Although this hotel was under Reno’s when we were there the spaces we did access were very nice and clean. The bistro has delicious food, the valet parking was fast and easy, room attendants were great and the front desk staff was very helpful. We were compensated with a lower nightly rate as the pool temp was delayed and we didn’t have access to it. The Starbucks around the corner was very convenient and we were able to walk to the White House and the Mall pretty easily. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Terrible stay, loud construction
It was terrible. There was very loud disruptive construction and they didnt tell me there would be construction until the day before I arrived, therefore it was too late to change hotels.

Excellent location and wonderful staff.
Great location, wonderful and friendly staff, especially Terry at the bar / bistro in the evenings plus Markeska and Jad on front of house desk. Our room was clean and spacious.

Overnight family stay
Hotel is undergoing renovations on some floors. Quiet during sleeping hours. Rooms and bathroom were new and comfortable. The bistro restaurant offered generous portions, but was a little expensive. Parking is valet only and there is only one person retrieving/parking cars. Leads to congestion and long wait times.

I like that it was easy walking distance to all the monuments. The room was nice and it was a nice hotel. The staff was nice also. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Do NOT pay extra for the executive suite with balcony. The room is TINY, the balcony is basically a shadowy alcove with a small space you might be able to sit at with another person as long as one of you teleports in or recedes into the dark corner. No outdoor lighting so it’s not enjoyable. No view. Shows a non existent coffee bar in the pic. Pull out sofa bed is maybe 5 feet long. Literally one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Restaurant downstairs is pitiful. Parking is triple nearby garages. It’s clean. It’s safe. But that “upgrade” is a joke.

Mixed Experience at this Courtyard by Marriott
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room size was decent, and the location was convenient. The staff was polite. However, there were significant drawbacks. The sofas in the room were not clean, and their colors had faded, which gave an overall shabby appearance. The bar was frequently closed, and the dimly lit lobby space with minimal staff was uninviting. Additionally, the limited breakfast hours ending at 9:30 am were inconvenient. Overall, my stay was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Great location! However we seemed to have gotten the room with the worst view. Our view was a six story apartment building. I felt like I was in my own personal “Rear Window”. It became very claustrophobic. Staff could have been a bit more friendly.

The hotel was very nice. But when I placed my reservation I paid extra for a package that included parking but when we left they charged us for parking a second time.

The property was so convenient to walk to so many attractions, restaurants, and coffee shops. The parking fee is somewhat high per night ($56.00) but the valet staff were very nice as were the hotel front desk staff. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very nice and the beds comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel!

The location was perfect. We had a convenience store at the back. it is close to the memorials and we could walk to the bus stop to take the bus to the Zoo.

En déplacement plusieurs jours sur la côte est, j enchaînais avec un 2e Courtyard. Qualitativement plus ancien et moins moderne que celui de Montréal. Cela va encore mais d ici 5 ans une rénovation commencera à s’imposer Si vous arrivez en avion , prenez votre voiture en quittant Washington. Un pass métro (la Silver mine est directe) vous coûtera moins cher (a moins d être 5) Attention, peu de restos aux alentours ; j ai du finir après une arrivée tardive à 22.3 au 7/11 du coin Mais l hôtel est très bien situé (si l on considère qu il faut toujours marcher un peu mais à Washington même en prenant le bus ou le métro il faut marcher) : 10 mn du métro, 15 mn de Lincoln mémorial, 15mn de la Maison Blanche, 10mn du national mall Un petit Starbucks dans le hall d entrée peut faire le petit déjeuné (payant) a ceux qui aiment Starbucks Le ménage comme de plus en plus est fait qu au bout de 3 jours où alors sur demande Comme quasi partout downtown, quartier safe. Un coffre fort aussi à disposition dans la chambre
