  • Verblijf in mijn Engelse kelder met één slaapkamer op 2 blokken van H st NE, met veel restaurants, bars en de gratis tramlijn naar Union Station. Volledig gescheiden vooringang van de privésuite. Geniet van toegang zonder sleutel tijdens uw verblijf met eenvoudig inchecken via een toetsenbord. Alle keuken- en badkamerbenodigdheden inbegrepen, maar als je extra items nodig hebt, laat het me weten en ik zal mijn best doen om je te ontvangen. Wandel, Lyft, Uber of neem een deel van de hoofdfiets overal in DC naar musea en monumenten!

This place was a real gem in DC. Cheaper and nicer than the local hotels as well as A++ communication with the host. Checking in and out was a breeze. The space was clean and welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for our needs

We enjoyed our stay in this basement apartment. It felt cozy and spacious at the same time, had everything we needed, comfortable beds, a nice kitchen, and the best hot shower ever.

Perfect for our overnight trip

Small place that was perfect for two adults and a ten year old. We really don’t require much, especially for a single night, but the place was just as described.

A beautiful place

This apartment was adorable and very accommodating for a small family traveling with with children.(ours are 9 & 10) parking close by was easy to find and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely rent again if we are back in dc.

The apartment is a nice, quiet, space with everything a couple of people (or perhaps max. four, using the couch as well) need for a short stay. It is kept very clean and appliances are modern. The location is about 15 minutes' walk from the closest restaurants on H Street. Street parking seems easily available--best in front of the nearby school, a block or less away. Note that the apartment is more than 10 minutes from the U.S. Capitol unless going by car or bus. The host was excellent, extremely responsive.

Sweet DC Spot

We enjoyed a full month stay in this modern and equiped flat. The owner was a great communicator, friendly, helpful and personable. We had a pleasant, safe and comfortable stay. Super close to Gallaudet Univ and Union Market.

Luxurious Rental that is hard to beat at its price. Multiple Grocery stores around the area >1mi away, Rental had everything needed for a vacation getaway. Would purchase again for sure.

NE Washington DC Apartment

Exactly as described. Comfortable and sparkling clean. No exaggeration, the shower is great! Recommend Taqueria Al Lado down the street for delicious food.

A lovely property

The stay was very nice, the owner was very friendly and helpful, the area is overall very nice, but there are some isolated street corners that are less pleasant. The free dcstreetcar is very convenient. I would stay again.

Family trip to D.C.

Cozy, charming place with easy access to city (only 3 blocks from streetcar) and shopping & restaurants nearby on H Street. Much more comfortable than hotel, with full kitchen and separate bedroom. (We brought twin air mattress so all could sleep in bedroom, with kiddo on an earlier bedtime, and not convert couch.) Would stay again!

Fantastic DC Condo

What a fantastic condo! Located just a 15-minute drive from all the major tourist attractions, the place is beautifully decorated with a shower that many people dream of. Megan was also very nice, accommodating, and communicative, which made our stay even better. If you're looking for a nice place to stay in DC and want avoid hotel prices and the exorbitant parking rates that come with them, you should definitely stay here!

Charming apartment

I live in the DMV area and just needed a place for the evening. Megan’s apartment was exactly as described and very clean. It’s a great find for the price.

Great stay

Wonderful stay...clean with cute decor, and comfy furniture. Easy parking. Only downside was that I didn't do enough research on location in relation to the Metro for getting to all the sights. Thanks, Megan!

Fantastic 1br apt with pull-out sofa for extra sleeping. Area was quiet. I would highly recommend this place. The only downside would be the stores and restaurants are a moderate walk. They are very nice however.

Awesome Place to Crash

Friends and I were in DC for a music festival and this was the perfect place to crash after a full day and night of dancing. Super easy to get rideshares to and from the event from here. Felt safe for it being in DC and we were out both nights until the early AM hours. The house was super clean and modern and perfect for our needs. We will 100% stay here again if we come down for the festival next year!

Perfect in every way!

Pictures are worth a million. Our host was so spot on in communication and accommodating. The neighborhood is close to everthing....uber, trolley, metro, bus. Cute little restaurants just walking distance away. Great area to explore. I'll be back for sure!!
