Very clean and simple set up. Beds were comfortable and the location was great for getting into the city or even for walking around. There were several places to eat within walking distance. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Good communication with host and fast responses when needed.

Great home base for family trip to DC!

Great place for our family of 6 (2 adults 4 kids) to stay for our family trip to DC. We didn’t have a car on this trip. The metro is an easy 10 min walk. There are many restaurants within walking distance. We did take an uber back from Whole Foods with food so we didn’t have to carry it. Jackie was very helpful when I couldn’t figure out how to use the keypad when we first arrived (I was entering the numbers too quick). Mr. Ben who lives downstairs ended up coming up to help us. He was very nice. I saw him outside the 2nd day I was there and enjoyed my conversation with him. The shower had supplies, the Keurig had coffee, the AC worked great. Definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely lovely neighborhood and unit

This place is very nice and had plenty of space for our family of 5. It was the perfect location for our day trips to D.C. and finding wonderful places to eat nearby. Our family is unaccustomed to sharing walls/floors with other units, but we eventually got the hang of it.

Great little place near DC

The property was just as advertised. Clean, spacious and well-maintained. it was easy to access and welcoming upon arrival. Our familie is actually looking at another trip to DC soon and are hoping we can make this place fit our needs. Looking forward to a possible second sta!

Great Apartment and location!

Our family visited Arlington for the Holidays with 2 small dogs. This Apartment offered a great location and amenities for our stay. The space was super clean, Mattresses comfortable and had blackout shades in the master BR. I'm a light sleeper and heard some late night and early morning conversations and music. nothing that earplugs or a sound machine wouldn't fix. The neighborhood is great to walk around. Parking was convenient & free. Costco, churches, parks, play-parks, restaurants, and shopping are all walk able, so if you wish to park your car and amble around Arlington, that is an option. Would highly recommend!

Great place but not alone

This is a beautiful place in a really great location. Place was clean and well stocked. Major issue was the upstairs neighbor had access to our unit and was constantly around smoking. He sits on the porch smoking all day so you have to keep the front door and windows shut. Otherwise, I would highly recommend.

Perfect for people with pets

This was a great property close to lots of restaurants and activities and a short drive or Metro ride to sights in Washington DC. Property was clean and adorably decorated which made it cozy and comfortable. Jackie was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay in the future. Our four footed “kids” also enjoyed their stay and there. We’re several parks & walking trails nearby for them to enjoy.
