The apartment complex is located in the Courthouse neighborhood, just one block away from the Courthouse Metro station and on the edge of the Clarendon neighborhood. The area offers a range of amenities including great restaurants, shopping options, and a weekly farmer's market. The community also has studio apartments, as well as 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units to choose from.



The Space:

Our newly modernized furnished units are designed specifically for the traveler who wants the comfort of home while visiting the DC metro area. The local design experts assisted in the choice of furniture, fixtures, household goods, colors, and artwork. With amenity packages that are truly industry leading, you can make yourself feel at home in both our furnished and unfurnished units. Enjoy a workout in our commercial-grade fitness center, make use of our basketball, pickleball and racquetball courts or take a dip in out outdoor pools, Because Where You Live Matters. Please note furnishing may be slightly different from unit to unit. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Guest Access:

Your apartment number will be shared with you 48 hours prior to your arrival. You will pick up keys and parking passes at the front desk. Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation with out refund.



Some buildings or insurance providers require that Sojourn collect identification from its guest. You agree to provide this information upon the confirmation of your booking to the reservation can be cancelled. This policy is also in place to keep you and our guests and tenants safe.



For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted any where in the interior of our building or within thirty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.



Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.



What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

The Neighborhood:

The Courthouse neighborhood boasts an array of restaurants, pubs and lounges, a movie theater and hotels just steps from Metro. At Bayou Bakery, you can taste authentic New Orleans-style beignets from Food Network star Chef David Guas. Within walking distance of Clarendon and just up the hill from Rosslyn and D.C.’s Georgetown, Courthouse also offers unique shopping opportunities. On Saturdays, visitors can stroll through the Arlington Farmers Market and Arlington Urban Village Market for fantastic locally produced foods and a variety of crafts and antiques.



If you are looking for something unique, antique or distinct, the Urban Village Market (located on 15th Street near the Courthouse Metro station) is a good bet. You’ll find jewelry, clothing, vintage magazines and posters, furniture, hand-made crafts and more. Nearby, relax in the reclining seats of the AMC Courthouse Plaza 8 movie theater, or try restaurants like Fire Works Pizza, Lebanese cuisine at Me Jana or Thai food at Sawatdee. Join sports fans to watch the game and search for the stars in good weather at Arlington Rooftop Bar & Grill.

For another kind of Courthouse experience, step into Ireland's Four Courts where live entertainment is scheduled every night of the week and includes karaoke and live music.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.



Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.



Pet Policy

Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.



Fireplace

The fireplace is a charming decorative feature, meant to add ambiance rather than be used.
