'Property was very nice, clean, decorated good,.....one BIG problem, no where in the discription of the property did it state that the bedroom was a loft and you had to climb a rickity latter to get to the bed. We are in our late 60s and climbing that ricikty latter was scary and terrible. Looked back at all the information and pictures, NO mention of the rickety latter or that the bedroom was in a loft with very low ceiling, whitch we had to crawel on our hands and knees and hit our heads on...

'My partner and I loved our stay at Lill’s zen cottage. Lill is an excellent host who was available and quick to answer questions when needed. She was quite helpful and close by, but we accessed the home without meeting her and we never felt our space was imposed upon. The home is well appointed, comfortable, and peaceful. The listing is accurate. The location was great- we were able to get anywhere we wanted to go with ease. Being able to walk to the park was a nice bonus. All in all 10/10,...

'Four of us enjoyed the Blue Cottage in May 2024. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay including a well-functioning gas grill. The views of Mt. Hood and Mt. St. Helens (we think) were spectacular. It should be noted that the driveway is quite steep and can be a little slippery in wet weather, but there are steps in the middle of it to facilitate safe walking. Parking is available on the street as well as in a garage.'

'This place worked perfectly for our weekend stay. It had the perfect amount of space for all of us and had everything we needed. They are fully stocked with all items in the kitchen. Manager is responsive and owner is great. Would definitely stay here again.'

'The property is in a very quiet area, right next to the river. The house is well-furnished with quality couches, beds, appliances, etc. Charming house, very comfortable for our family of 4. Could easily hold more comfortably. Easy check-in (key-less entry) and check-out (strip beds, start dishwasher).'

'Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Location was great for getting around Portland to explore, but having a quiet place to go back to within walking distance of lots of little shops and dining. House was clean and well-stocked with essentials. Parking was super easy. Although we didn’t need it, they did provide a pack-n-play for travelling with our infant. 'The cabin is falling. Crooked floors made us feel dizzy and unbalanced. House should have foundation raised. The legs of the bed about tore our toes off twice. The train, planes and autos were too much noise. A bit scary. I felt this rental was over priced ! I loved the paintings and would like to purchase one for my home. I also wonder the history on the cabin. I wonder what changes have been done.'

'I loved my stay at the Eco Cottage in Portland! The host Scott was easy to communicate with and pictures attached to a check in are always a bonus. The place itself was just perfect, on a quiet street, just adorable inside and out with a nice patio area out front. I had everything I needed and the host even offered to supply more items mid stay if needed. All in all just delightful.'

'We are a group of 8 friends who go on vacation for a week every year.( for over 30 years ) We are 70 years plus old! Property and views were wonderful. Many deer sightings, a view of the Columbia River. House was beautiful and updated, each couple had their own bathrooms attached to rooms. It is 3 stories, so if anyone has issues with stairs consider that when booking. We had no problem. Property owners were very attentive and would definitely recommend this property.'

'Our stay was good, that being said. It’s listed as being secluded and private. It’s far from private and only secluded because of the location. The need to list that the hot tub is not private and it is not next to the house.. it’s across the muddy pine needle filed parking area and down a muddy trail. The hot tub is a great feature, but if your looking for seclusion and privacy.. this may not be the place for you. The house has a spa bathtub, that would be great if the neighbors construction...
