'A little apprehensive when we first approached and checked in. But that soon went away when we went into our mini apartment. It was great and in fantastic condition. We stayed in the Viva property which im guessing was quite new.

'We were able to book our duplex room Le Coral Hideaway Beyond Phuket for 2 nights while traveling around in the south of Thailand for a reasonable price. We did regret we had to leave from such a nice place to stay. The hotel location is superb. It is in a quiet location. Our duplex room was fantastic with splendid view on the Andaman Sea everywhere in the room.
The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, they did everything to please us.
The beach can be reached over a ponton over the river....

'Outdated hotel, none of the pictures correspond with current reality. Cafe is unexistant, staff not fiendly and barely speaks anything other then thai. Terras around pool is rotten wood with sharp edges, pool lights are hanging out and with wires in the water. Can not imagine this to be safe! 'Very quiet hotel on a beach that they keep clean. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very nice and attentive. We had a few meals at the restaurant which seemed 50/50. The room service wasn't worth it as it arrived cold and old both times even though the kitchen is 50’ away and we were one of a handful of guests. No excuse. Chose not to eat at the restaurant after trying one last chance…papaya salad…not good. except for breakfast which was decent.
The pool is nice but its a club I guess and so...
