'Nice place, great communication. Comfortable beds. Could never get the WiFi to work on our phones, but there was good service there. A couple of small inconveniences, there were no extra paper towels and only 1 coffee filter for the drip machine. There was a French press in the pantry, so we made due. I’m sure if we’d have called they would have brought more paper towels and coffee filters. We didn’t call so not complaining.'

'Quiet and Comfortable place to get away. But we would suggest that you bring a few groceries along, especially for breakfast…there isn’t a cafe in Ponca that serves breakfast. Other than that…it’s a great place to visit.'

'Great location for accessing the Missouri River! We floated from Brooky Bottom to Mulberry Bend. Easy take out and return to the house from the Mulberry Bend boat ramp.Backyard patio, picnic table and gas grill were great for hanging out after the kayak trip!'
