'We were charged additional fees for having 4 people, even though the house is advertised as accommodating 4 people. At the bottom of the listing it says "Additional charges may apply for additional people based on property". Keyword "may". Says nothing about being charged extra for having 4 people in a house that sleeps 4. I think its wrong to charge people for what it's advertised for.'

'Cute little home. Had all the extras you sometimes need. Toys & coloring books for kids, baby gear, dog water bowls, bed & toys, extra food storage baggies & plastic wrap were helpful for our day at the zoo. The home was clean. Parking was occasionally difficult but that's street parking for ya. Our 4 dogs enjoyed the yard. 'Great value, good location to get to major sites, had enough beds and bathrooms for our group. The downstairs bathroom had some issues that the host is planning to fix, and one of the bed frames was broken. There was some trash and random articles of clothing leftover from a previous guest. Host was very responsive, and neighborhood was quiet. House had everything we needed-gave it 4 stars due to the issues mentioned above. '
