'We love to support small farms when we travel and this was a convenient location in between our plans in Portland and Acadia. The cottage is at the top of the hill with panoramic views. We woke up to thick fog which blanketed the scenery in clouds and made for scenery which we don't often get to see. The cottage is brand new and very clean and comfortable. 'This is our second time staying here. We were super sad to see the cabin was for sale since there’s a good possibility new owners may not use it as a rental. Our son goes to Colby and we fell in love with this cabin and decided there was no need to look for another for the next 3 years of his schooling if we didn’t need to. I guess we will wait to see. 'We had a beautiful week in Smithfield. The main house was a great place for our family dinners,for our family of 18. There's everything you need and the beds were super comfortable. The lake was warm but very shallow. Great area for hiking as well. We even went rollerskating next-door.'

'We enjoyed our stay at Regina's camp. The cove is perfect for kayaking or canoeing and the house itself is comfortable and welcoming. We also enjoyed walking along the quiet camp road. Although we did not end up bringing our pet, it has a nice big yard that would be great for anyone traveling with their dog. '

'Cottage was quaint but with everything one would need for a fun and relaxing week…watercraft, grill, dock for fishing or sitting, comfortable beds, and an air conditioner for the humid days and nights. A loon pair and chick, bald eagle, osprey, heron, and multiple hummingbirds were a treat! Will look to be back next summer!!'
