Ongelooflijke strand verhuur !. Dit huis is op het zand met eindeloze panoramisch uitzicht op en neer de kust van Monterey en Santa Cruz, Ca. Of u nu op zoek bent naar een ontsnapping, een familiereünie, een verrassing verjaardagsfeestje locatie of een ontspannende paar weken aan het strand, zal u van deze woning. Onze gasten komen ieder jaar terug als het huis heeft vele gelukkige herinneringen voor hen. De woning is op Manresa strand, die perfect geschikt is voor kinderen, surfen, vissen, zonnen, wandelen of gewoon leuk. Je zal nooit vervelen in dit huis. Het is in een locatie die uw comfort zal zorgen. Kies een plek bij het raam om je voeten omhoog, lezen of zitten met uw favoriete Chardonnay als de zon ondergaat. De keuken, slaapkamers en alle levende gebieden in het huis te hebben ongelooflijke uitzicht op de oceaan. Krijgen uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit elke kamer. U vindt er ook een bbq op het bovendek te vinden. Waarom verblijf in een hotel als u uw eigen huis op het zand kan hebben?


Dit huis ligt op 10 minuten rijden van het Seascape Resort en het winkelcentrum in Aptos, Ca. Het is binnen 20 minuten van Santa Cruz, Ca waar het strand promenade ligt.

Deze ruime woning aan het strand is ideaal voor zakelijke retraites, zakelijke bijeenkomsten en off site werkprojecten. Het is slechts 45 minuten van de luchthaven van San Jose en de Silicon Valley.

Incredible house and lovely experience

We loved staying at the house so much! It was perfect for our group: some friends wanted to relax with a fantastic view while others were surfing and on the beach. Easy communication, easy entry and exit, great experience!

Highly Recommend this Beach House Rental

The views from this house are awesome. Close to Santa Cruz, Capitola, Aptos, Watsonville and a 40 minute drive to Monterey. I can’t emphasize enough, how perfect this beach house is for a group gathering. Stairs from the bottom level go right to the beach. All 3 floors have a living room area, refrigerator and at least one bedroom which provides everyone with some privacy. Top (entry) floor has 2 bedrooms (1K, 1Q), bathroom and kitchen (cook top, no oven). Second floor has one bedroom (Q), 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen and gas fireplace (the gas fireplace provides lovely ambiance in the evening). Bottom floor has one bedroom (K), one curtained off bed area on a platform (Q), and twin trundle beds, bathroom and a kitchenette (Fridge and microwave, no cook top or oven). The owners are very responsive and kind.

Family Reunion

It was a beautiful house. Very spacious for our group of 16. Host was super responsive. 3 floors and 3 kitchens, but only 2nd floor was equipped with kitchen utensils, appliances and dishware. We did fine with just one kitchen. I didn’t like how water was rationed and we had to use water sparingly which made it hard to do with a large group, but overall, a very pleasant stay. Would book again because kids loved being so close to the beach.

View of ocean from every floor and every room

Excellent location! You walk out the door on bottom floor, down the stairs and land directly on the beach! There are a lot of stairs both inside the house and going to beach. But the views from every floor, every room are worth it. There are 3 floors , kitchens and bathrooms and bedrooms on each floor! We had lots of space, there were 10 adults. You can fish off the beach and bonfires at night were fun! Communication with owner was easy and prompt. Highly recommend this house if you are looking for a house on the beach with amazing views and spacious. Loved sitting on the deck on 2nd floor and watching the ocean.

Beach Getaway

Had an amazing stay with a large family. Enough space for everyone to relax on their own or mingle together. The area was convenient for shopping and close to boardwalk and other activities. This beach house was the perfect gathering place for our beach loving family! The home is large enough to spread out and provide privacy yet is charming and cozy on each of the three levels that provide stunning views of the beach. Beachfront Beauty!

This wonderful home is located directly on Monterey Bay with ocean views from every room. The spacious three levels provided plenty of room and comfort for our large group. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed and the house included access to beach chairs, umbrellas, firepit, etc. Sylvee was great with communication and the check-in process was a breeze. We can't wait to go back!

Old friends getaway

The view from the house is spectacular! Getting to the beach is down a long stairway, so if you have elderly companions it may be difficult. There were five of us ladies catching up on 40+ years of friendship. One is extremely limited on mobility, so it wasn’t convenient that the middle floor was the only floor to cook, and that there was no TV on the “ top” floor ( street level). But we brought food upstairs so we could eat together. The house was well equipped, although much of the furniture is old and a bit shabby. The middle floor is nicely appointed, but the others are pretty bare bones. The owner was very kind and supplied towels ( they usually do not ) as most of us were flying in, and she checked in prior to and during our stay to see if anything was needed. There are quite a few house rules 😊 but that wasn’t an issue for our group of 60’s gals.

Perfect Spot for our Gathering

This space was perfect for our group. 9 adults, all old friends, but we needed space to be together and apart. 3 levels, plenty of comfortable spaces to chill or congregate. We all loved sleeping to the sound of ocean waves and waking up to the ocean views. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a large meal plus plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. We used the fire ring to enjoy a fire on the beach in the evening. All were very pleased with the entire experience!

We had four families under this house, and the space was more than enough! Each floor having its own bathroom and living area was key to enjoying some quiet time. We were able to bbq, take long walks on the beach, and explore neighboring cities each day. I can’t thank the property owner enough for being absolutely accommodating! Communication was awesome. We will be coming back to this awesome beach house again!

House was clean, tastefully decorated. We found absolutely everything we needed (dishes, glasses, pots & pans, games, even beach chairs) to have a great time. Great location!

We had a wonderful time with our family! The location is amazing, right on the water! The home worked really well. There were 9 of us - My 80 year old dad, us parents in our 50's, and our 20 something kids. Three levels for sleeping with the middle level for meals. It was great. A beautiful view of the ocean from all the windows of every room!

Great property!

We had six adults. There is plenty of room to handle more people. There is a kitchen and living room on all three floors. Plenty of room for guests to spread out and have their own space. Great views and all bedrooms face to ocean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beach trip

This was an amazing house to rent for our multifamily vacation! Every bedroom had amazing ocean views (so no fighting this time on who gets the ocean view lol) and with the multiple living areas there was plenty of space for all. We had easy and close access to the beach, just down the stairs, so it made it easy to come and go. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this property!

A MUST BOOK!!

This house is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! There is full kitchen, living room and bathroom on every floor so everyone can have some privacy. Every room has a view of the ocean and you are literally on the beach. We took our own firepit but I saw people just making them in the sand. This house is the perfect getaway for multiple families or adult children.
