It can smell like cigarette smoke but it is older so to be expected. I will stay here again. The staff are friendly & accommodating.'

'Hotel Bruce does not purport to be a five-star luxury hotel and it isn't. It is a tired old hotel that is functional and comfortable. Located just off the highway it is very quiet. The rooms are tidy and some what clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets seemed clean. Check-in was very easy. If you need a cheap place to stay in the south east of Melbourne then this hotel is very suitable.'
