'The staff was helpful. I wasn't able to check in until after 5. The room was okay. The shower had mold in it. The check in was horrible. Didn't complain about it because it took so long to check in.'

'Nothing about this hotel was right. The the way the pitchers look is not the way the room is they put us in a rodardy room. I asked for them to change the room. We're clean, they put us in another dirty room. That was smaller and did not accommodate what my reservation was. Then, I asked for the to just cancel the reservation and give me a refund. If they could not accommodate us. And they did not do that. We ended up spending a whole nother amount to go to another hotel and I have not heard...
