'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'Although it is fairly expensive to stay and eat in the restaurant, it was good food and good service. We had a room with two queen beds, and both beds were overly firm for our liking. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was surprised at checkout with the $40.00 per day resort fee.'

'Ingrid and Claude, the proprietors, were delightful, friendly, and available for questions or needs or conversation without being intrusive.
The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!!

'Rooms were clean, but the linens and towels had stains in them. Asked staff to bring new towels and had to get them. Did not make my husband happy. Coffee was good and breakfast was ok.'

'Beautiful hotel! The staff was excellent and the breakfast was great! Great location with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. There were a few issues with our room but the host stated she would send maintenance to fix the issues. I would definitely stay here again!'
