'We definitely enjoyed our stay at Lake Martin and the house was beautiful! We liked having the boat slip as we rented a pontoon boat to go out on the lake during our stay. The house was very nice and clean, and had plenty of toilet paper and trash bags which we appreciated! It was located about 15 minutes from the trail but in a great location for enjoying the local flair for a college town. One minor issue occurred during our stay and the owner addressed it immediately. Having the 4 bedrooms/4 1/2 baths was great. Although the townhome is in a very crowded area, it was extremely quiet. We were able to park 4 cars on the property very easily. We all agreed we would stay...

'Our family spent Thanksgiving at The Perch. Everything about the house is perfect! The layout is great. The kids enjoyed the downstairs den and ping pong area. The main level has an open den and kitchen setup with lots of windows overlooking the beautiful view. We liked the layout of the bedrooms and the beds in each room are extremely comfortable. 'We loved our stay at Poplar Point. It’s located in a gated community with a golf course and restaurant, Copper’s that we went to one night. The villa/townhouse has a wonderful view of the lake that we took full advantage of for morning coffee and later cocktails So peaceful! I didn’t want to leave!
