'The layout of the house, perfect for none related families.Also cleanliness of hoe, especially for allowing pets.Nice fenced backyard and enclosed screen porch.One flaw, hitckhikers have consumed the front yard, my Lhasa Apso, was covered in them, she had to be shaved.'

'The house was clean and welcoming, with a great back yard. I have family serving at Kings Bay Naval Base and the location couldn't be any better. The host was excellent, and was always available with any questions or concerns. I would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the Kings Bay area. '

'Nice quiet neighborhood. Host was very accommodating. Very close drive to St Mary's, resteraunts, and Cumberland Island Ferry. Home was very clean, uodated and cozy. Only disappointment was no chairs for fire pit as displayed in photos. They were in a shed and all broke. '

'Stayed here for a 3 day golf trip. We arrived a few hours before check in and I contacted property manager and they let us in early so we could change before our 3:00 tee time. Condo was exactly what we needed. We had 4 adults and plenty of room. Nice quiet area. Looks just like pictures that are posted. Very clean and reasonable price. Would highly recommend and would stay there again. '
