Apparently was due to an unusual type of security lock that was broken.The lock was too high up for someone in a wheelchair, and there were no instructions on how to open it. 'Hotel room was very roomy. It was the king with the couch. Lots of floor space. Large tv, however it didn't have a channel guide, so I spent forever trying to find something. It did have a really nice tv. Property was very nice and clean. Pool ladder was missing the bottom step and the top step was missing a bolt on one side so it wasn't much use. Could be a safety issue. Tre hotel is near railroad tracks that are fairly busy and it was very noticeable in the room we had. Didn't notice any noise...

'I had an amazing time at the Comfort Inn, the housekeepers are friendly and the managers too, my key didn’t work and the woman eho helped me gladly walked with me to check it out. Eventually solved and i could get back into my room. I had an amazing stay, the rooms are clean, everyday clean towels and if you wanted your room clean just sit downstairs and have a free breakfast meal. 100% satisfied and looking forward to come visiting again!'
'Ending our vacation with this hotel on the way home for one night, this is our 4th hotel throughout our vacation , the cheapest and the best out of all of them! Staff was nice, check in was fast, lots of parking. Areas around hotel are nice. Felt safe. Room was clean, shower was good. Work out room was ok, pool seemed fine but didn’t use it. Definitely would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. '
