'Amazing experience at the Moon-Glo cottage! This "camp" was perfect for our family vacation! The cottage is right on the lake, with a wonderful private dock, kayaks, paddleboard! The water was amazingly warm, clear and a delight to play and swim in. We made use of the fire-pit, the hammock, the grill and the deck and enjoyed our dinners outside with an amazing view. 'This is the quintessential cabin rental which provides good modern facilities with the vintage Maine camp feel we have always looked for. We will return to our 3rd rental at this property next year. Very satisfied with our experience.'

'Quiet, relaxing, carefree. Swam, kayaked, canoed, fished. Ate in using the well appointed, perfectly supplied kitchen and barbeque. Meant to build a fire and roast some marshmallows but they magically disappeared. Saw deer, loons and loonets, and other wildlife. Added two birds to my lifelist. You won’t regret staying here.'

'Great place to relax and be central to several locations. Please be aware that this is not meant for handicapped. Too high of a step into the house and Too steep and slippery to get down to the lake. Also, did not matter to us but not a lot of privacy due to the owners house only feet away, blocking most of the view of the lake. 'Perfect family vacation!Sunfish Cove was the perfect vacation spot for our large, 12-person family gathering. Plenty of room for everyone! We loved the layout with wraparound porch, the game room for the kids. Lots of board games available. We spent our days swimming or kayaking. 'Everything about this stay was perfect. The house was immaculate with lots of windows overlooking the lake. There was plenty of room with the living area, sitting area, large kitchen and dining area, and three bedrooms and baths. The kitchen had everything we needed. Outside is a wraparound deck where we had coffee each morning. The lake and property was quiet and Kayaking was peaceful with beautiful coves. 'We stayed at this home while in town for Maine 70.3. The location was great. Winthrop is a cute little town. Home was close to two beautiful lakes. The backyard was very peaceful, right next to a stream. The home was well appointed and had everything we needed. The communication with the host was great.'

'The house was very clean and cozy. It is in a wooded area so there are ants inside, but that was no reflection on the cleanliness. If you have lower back troubles the couch may exacerbate them, but with a few extra pillows I found it to be just fine. Very nice place all around. '
