'I’m sure the inside of the property was nice. But, when we arrived at the building, we decided not to get out of our car. The area did not look safe. The building looked rundown with broken windows, and AC units hanging out of them, the road itself was full of potholes and trash. The “gated parking lot” looked like a dump. 'I was impressed that this was a self-serving boutique hotel however, if there isn’t gonna be any staff, I would suggest that they provide like some type of vending area for toiletries when no one is available for you know maybe extra towels and tissue things of that nature if you’re staying for an extended period of time other than that, the property was nice. I would do an audit of all the kitchen utensils to make sure that your guests have all the things if you’re gonna provide, you know like...

'The property was well equipped, great location and perfect for our visit. It would have been helpful to get more j formation on where to get a key and where to park. There was a lot of running up and down to the apartment. It would not have been possible if I was alone. Luckily there were 4 of us to load and wait in the car. But, that is a part of city living I understand.Will be back again.'

'The location was great for the event we were attending. It was fun to be downtown and easy to walk places. We had a gal meet us to welcome us and show us how to access our place. That was awesome. She brought us extra towels and another roll of toilet paper. Our friend’s bathroom did not have soap in the shower and the tissue box was empty so that kind of sucked but we just purchased what we needed. The place is sparse in kitchen items but we never ate there as there were so many fun restaurants...
