The home spans three levels, with four bedrooms thoughtfully arranged to maximize privacy and comfort. Each space is designed with a unique touch and comes paired with convenient bathroom access.



- Lower Level – Primary Bedroom: King bed, plush carpet, fireplace, and direct access to the outdoor hot tub. Shares an ensuite bathroom with the kids’ room, offering a combination shower and tub.

- Lower Level – Kids’ Room: Twin-over-queen bunk bed, Smart TV with Nintendo Switch, and adjacent full bath with shower/tub combo.

- Main Floor: Queen bedroom with an ensuite bath featuring a bright vanity and walk-in shower, plus direct yard access.

- Top Floor: King suite with vaulted ceilings, dresser, comfy chair, and large windows with forest views. Ensuite bath with a walk-in shower accented by blue tilework and an anti-fog mirror.

Please be aware that ladybug season in the mountains typically occurs from October through November. While our homes receive regular monthly pest control, it’s normal to see some ladybugs indoors during this time. A quick sweep is usually all that’s needed.
