We didn't get to use the fire pit since it was nearly 90 degrees while we were there but it would have been fun'

'Nice house with a beautiful Mountain View! Comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. The s’mores kit was a nice touch, too. Highlights of our stay were hiking in DuPont forest to Three Falls, Lexington Glass Works in Asheville, and downtown Waynesville. All in all, we had a great trip. '

'This was our first time to North Carolina. We are from the southwest so it is very different here. It is lush and green and beautiful. You have neighbors but you can’t really see them even though there are no fences. The house was great lots of room and privacy and it was clean. Paper products and towels and coffee were scarce but the house is lovely. The drive way is steep and narrow. We enjoyed it very much!'

'We’ve stayed in many lovely rental homes as a family over the years, and this one by far had the most character and felt the most like “home.” Incredible lot with several areas to choose from for quiet reading or a group meal, huge cozy bedrooms so far from the common areas, we never worried about waking our late risers!
