'The breakfast was stunning! Beautifully cooked with quality ingredients. '

'Evening meal was good quality but breakfast is basic. Make sure you have a key to access the pub after hours!'

'A good impression on arrival as you drive to the front door. There are a few appointed disability parking spaces but there is additional space that can be used providing it does not limit the thoroughfare. A large parking area is nearby but involves a 5 min walk back. Check-in was handled well for our group although dining that night as a group required meals to be pre-selected to help the catering staff. Whist complying with this requirement, the actual meal service was sporadic with some meals...

'Smooth check in and communication with the host, was met at the cottage and given the keys and information about the village and local area. Rooms where clean, shower is very nice and beds very comfortable. All in all will definitely stay again when back working in the area.'

'We went for a family stay and it did not disappoint! Warm cosy and we were welcomed with fresh bread and treats left for us. Karen came down to check everything was ok. They also cleared snow from the awning over the hot tub! Great hosts this is are 2nd visit as a family '

'Keurige ontvangst door de aardige eigenaar. I.v.m. omstandigheden was de pub gesloten wat ik jammer vond. Eigenaar heeft wel een maaltijd voor me gemaakt. Kamer was een appartement en was prima'

'Both the building and the staff were friendly, helpful manager and lovely atmosphere helpt enormously to make our stay memorabel'

'Fijn hotel. Vriendelijke staf, goed eten. 's Avonds hoorden we op onze slaapkamer, die boven de pub ligt, wel wat rumoer vanuit de pub, maar dat vonden we juist wel gezellig. Slechts één winkeltje in het dorp, gedreven voor -- alweer -- erg vriendelijke mensen. Aanrader!'

'My stay was amazing, great local country walks and great views. Differently would recommend.'

'We really enjoyed our stay at the Coach house. The cleanliness was outstanding and Nigel the host very welcoming.'
