'Very nice room with comfortable bed. Stayed in executive room, but proper desk to work on his missing!!!. Could not find a way to turn heating off. Restaurant: We had dinner with four, Food mediocre, different wine served than the one ordered so overall not up to standard.'

'A spotless , newly decorated room, lovely, popular pub, friendly staff, some friendly locals - and fabulous food - all at reasonable cost. I stayed 2 nights and would highly recommend the pub and nearby Worcester for a visit.'

'Great hotel with friendly service and good nice looking restaurant. I was comming in late so they made me a delicious sandwich to avoid going to bed without meal. I received a room with bathroom for disabled people. It would be good to have a squeegee there ;-). Nice parking space but maybe a slow loading station for electric cars would be a nice add-on. Breakfast starts a bit late if you target business people.'

'Like at most HIE hotels it was a pleasant stay. The staff made the effort dressing up Halloween style today. That made breakfast feisty. Room and shower were great. Restaurant and breakfast functional and more than exceptional for those who don't want to go out. '
